This promotes the sharing of information and intelligence, joint working and agencies undertaking inspections having regard to the roles of the other agencies.

  • Allows each agency to target resources more effectively

  • Promotes better partnership working and greater awareness of roles.

Partnership working is effective. This is a national agreement which was developed through the Animal Health and Welfare Strategy Group.
